• Schedule an initial consultation, where we can discuss your concerns, reasons for therapy, determine therapy goals, and create personalized plans. Complete necessary paperwork and assessments prior to beginning therapy.

  • We accept Anthem, Aetna, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health and out-of-network insurances through Mentaya.

    We recommend contacting your insurance company to determine whether you have out-of-network benefits. We do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider and the co-payment or full-fee is required at each session.

  • Yes, we work with up to two active Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients at a time.

  • Payments are due at the time of each session.

    We accept credit/debit cards and Flex Spending Account (FSA)/Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

  • Unfortunately, we currently only work with adult clients.

  • We offer flexible scheduling, please contact us to find a time that works best for you.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment, please reach out to find another time that works for you. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the cancellation fee.
